|業務内容||Portfolio Management & Competitive Intelligence/Analysis
•Maintain and further improve his/her technical knowledge relating to all HCIS product portfolio, related technologies, future roadmap and maintain a detailed understanding of competitors technologies and offers.
•Understand the goals of the customer (i.e. research, clinical, financial) and make use of that knowledge to professionally consult the customer in all aspects.
•Improve customer satisfaction (as measured by customer satisfaction scores) by setting clear delivery expectations (i.e. what is the customer buying in feature, function, service delivery and up-time, training and application, consulting and post-sale support) and provide the Service Delivery Manager with data to meet or exceed expectations.
•Collect Voice of Customer input together with the Cluster Marketing Manager and Application Consultants and provide feedback to the Vertical.
•Strive to become a trusted consultant to both our customers and our sales people on emerging technologies.
•Provide technical information required in contracts/tenders.
•Create system’s configuration including hardware/software/3rd party products depends on customer requirements on Ringisho(Excel) and GMAT.
•Cost estimation of hardware, software, professional services and installation/warranty co-working with related people.
•Take all reasonable steps to identify and resolve customer complaints and escalate them if necessary in line with the company’s process.
•Develop & distribute to the team the best practice knowledge for using HCIS solutions.
•Identify/assess the technical level of the sales organization for input to the Training Manager.
•Deliver non-service product training into the cluster sales and channels. Localize training material as needed.
•Participate in the qualification of deals based on technical knowhow (Checking the funnel). Transfer leads to the Sales Organization.
•Research, identify, evaluate and communicate findings and recommendations to product management, marketing and sales regarding competitive product offerings.
Go to Market – Introductions & Commercialization
•Review of CRD (Customer Requirement Documents) during the commercialization process of new products.
•Trade Trials (Site selection, coordination, final customer outcome) Maintain relationships with reference sites.
•Participate in product launches and work on localization of launch packages. Work closely with Cluster Marketing Managers to mobilize the sales force to generate the most effective product market introduction.
•Review product and marketing documentation for accuracy and appropriate language. Work closely with Cluster marketing to create documentation and support material for end users and sales staff (excluding Operator / Key Operator / Technical Manuals).
•Localization of promotions. Manage local campaigns.
•Write an article for medical magazines, etc.
•Input of local regulatory requirements. Become a single point of contact for regulatory issues at cluster level.
• Measured on revenue and margin of the product line
|経験・知識||•RIS/PACS products experience is highly desirable.
•IT Literacy Skills are essential.
•IT background desirable.
•Excellent technical knowledge in Healthcare IT technology
•Excellent understanding of Workflow in Hospitals, Radiology departments and other related systems
