The Service Sales Manager is the primary owner for service revenue, volume and margin goals.
He or she creates and executes the cluster services sales strategy, directly manages the sales efforts for all market segments and identifies new market opportunities
(professional services, managed services and product support offerings) that will contribute to top line revenue growth.
•Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient service sales.
•Create and implement effective direct service sales strategies and lead cluster wide direct field based sales toward achievement of corporate service sales objectives.
•Ensure adequate penetration of accounts to reach targets in all areas of service sales (contracts, T&M, parts, professional services, upgrades, Multi-vendor and channel).
•Provide service sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
•Ensure effective orientation, training, development field sales staff.
•Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
•Support monthly ,quarterly and yearly forecast and goal setting
•Manage business effectively to meet/exceed the forecast.
•Establish effective relationships and tight collaboration with key accounts and channel partners across the region.
•Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments within Carestream to address key business issues and opportunities.
• Collect and communicate voice of customer, market, technology and service trends to the Marketing team to drive new product development priorities.
• Gather, maintain and communicate competitive intelligence
• Work directly with local sales teams to negotiate and configure solutions /proposals (includingTenders) for key and strategic account
|経験・知識||•Proven experience in leading and managing sales/service sales in the medical imaging industry or related Healthcare sectors with 8 years direct selling experience and 5 years Sales Management experience
•A solid understanding of the medical imaging and services markets; including trends, technologies, products, and players.
•Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business to meet objectives.
•Demonstrated business and financial literacy to understand how actions and behavior impact the organization
•Able to balance long-term business goals with the need for shorter-term business results.
•Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision-making
•Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
•Experience in leading and managing a culturally diverse field sales/service sales team to deliver results
•Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
•Ensures project goals, purpose, and criteria for success are clearly defined. Clarifies related roles and responsibilities, deliverables, milestones, and needs of the primary customers; understands and follows product commercialization process
•Ability to gather and analyze market and competitor data to identify trends, perform market research and translate to customer needs
•Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues affecting end users.
•Ability to effectively communicate the value of Carestream services solutions based on a deep understanding of our customer's operational and business needs
